Registration fee and inclusions
All participants are required to officially register to attend the UAE Microbiome 2023. Please read the following information carefully before registering. All registration fees are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
Registration fee includes:
- Conference registration kit including a participation certificate
- Access to plenary lectures and poster sessions
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on both days
- Lunch on both days
- Gala dinner on day 1

How to Register
You must complete the online registration form to register for UAE Microbiome 2023. You may register early and receive discounted pricing or register onsite at the conference venue with a late fee. Payment options are credit cards.
All attendees must pick up their badge and registration materials onsite at the registration kiosks on the conference day.
Special dietary requirements: Please mention your special dietary requirements (vegetarian, allergies etc.) while registering online.
Cancellation terms: The registration fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances after the extended abstract submission deadline, September 4, 2023. Cancellation of registration must be informed in writing to the organizer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Oral talks are scheduled for 12 minutes + 3 minutes for questions. Please respect the scheduled time. Prepare your presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint-compatible format only since other program support may not be available. There will be a presentation helpdesk corner throughout the conference and the presentations should be submitted at the latest one day before they are scheduled to the organizers.
There are a total of two poster sessions during day 1 and day 2. The posters will be presented on the day of their poster session and should be hanged as soon as possible in the morning and removed after the poster session on the same day. The poster board and essential for hanging the poster will be available in the poster room. Poster dimensions should not exceed 90 cm (width) x 150 cm (height).
